A neighbourhood water purifier workshop on M. D. Keni Road in Bhandup East — and one of the very few places in Mumbai that will service a Kangen water ionizer.
Who we are
A local shop, not a call centre
When you ring us, you speak to the people who will actually work on your machine. There is no ticket number and no script.
Safe Water Service sells, installs, repairs and maintains water purifiers of every brand from our shop at Shop No. 3, Mishra Nagar, opposite SBI Bank on M. D. Keni Road, Bhandup East. Most of our work is done in customers' homes across Bhandup, Mulund, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Nahur, Powai and Ghatkopar — the shop is where the parts live and where the bigger jobs come in.
Our customers are families who want safe drinking water without a running battle over service visits, and building societies and small businesses who want one dependable number to call. We would rather keep a customer for ten years than squeeze a little extra out of a single visit, and we price accordingly.

Our technicians work on RO, UV, UF and ionizer machines every single day, across every major brand.
That daily repetition is what makes the difference. They know which models leak at which joint, which pumps are worth replacing and which are not, and which faults look expensive but come down to an inexpensive valve. It means less time in your kitchen and a smaller bill.

Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit, Havells, AO Smith, Faber and the rest, across RO, UV and UF. Plus Kangen water ionizers, which almost nobody in Mumbai will open.

How we work
Four rules we do not break
Genuine parts only
Duplicate cartridges are cheaper on the day and more expensive within the year. We do not fit them.
Diagnose, then replace
We find the actual fault instead of swapping parts until the symptom disappears. It is faster and it costs you less.
We come back
If the same fault returns after we have worked on it, we return and put it right. That is what customer satisfaction guaranteed has to mean.
What makes us different
We took the trouble to learn Kangen machines
Water ionizers are expensive, and in Mumbai they are close to unserviceable — most workshops will not open one. We learned them properly, and we stock the parts that commonly need replacing, so owners have somewhere to go.
Complete setup, servicing and maintenance, cleaning and descaling, filter and spare parts replacement, and troubleshooting. Customers travel across Mumbai for this, and send machines to us from further afield.
